What will you do?
As Sales at Bouwflow, you are the engine behind our growth in Flanders. The work runs on two tracks.
- Inbound: qualified leads come to you, and you turn them into happy customers with a personal demo.
- Outbound: you also go hunting yourself, through your network, trade fairs and referrals, and create your own opportunities.
On top of that, you really listen to construction companies. You translate their problem into a solution and use a demo to show how things can be better. You close the deal and make sure everything flows smoothly to the consultants.
Who are you?
You get your energy from winning, and from genuinely helping people. Closing a deal you know will make a construction company better every day: that's what you do it for.
- You already have some experience in B2B SaaS sales and feel at home in a commercial role.
- You are a hunter and a relationship builder. You go after opportunities, but you also know how to listen.
- You don't wait for leads to roll in. You create your own chances and you don't give up easily.
- You are results-driven and work independently.
- Dutch is a must. Fluent French is a welcome bonus.
- You are ambitious and like working somewhere fast-paced where you have real impact.
