Software for construction companies is built for the way a building job really runs: around sites rather than isolated customers, around bills of quantities rather than product lists, and around a crew that isn't behind a desk all day. A general invoicing or accounting program can't do that, or only half of it.
In practice it replaces a pile of separate tools. Most contractors start with Excel for the costing, WhatsApp for the schedule, a folder of site photos and an accounting package that only tells them something after the fact. That holds up until you're running five sites at once. After that nobody knows which version of the bill of quantities is the right one.
That's what Bouwflow is built on. The modules above live in the same system, so a signed quote becomes a site with a schedule, work orders and invoices, and at the end you see per project what you kept. More than a thousand construction professionals work with it today.
