Peppol e-invoicing inside your construction software

With Bouwflow you send your sales invoices automatically over the Peppol network, and your suppliers' purchase invoices come straight back into Bouwflow. Peppol e-invoicing has been mandatory for B2B in Belgium since 1 January 2026. You handle it without a separate invoicing portal, and nobody has to retype anything.

What is Peppol?

Peppol is an international network for exchanging invoices and other business documents securely and automatically between companies and governments. Instead of emailing a PDF, you send your invoice as a standardised file that lands directly in the recipient's accounting system.

For public tenders, e-invoicing via Peppol has been required for a while. Since 1 January 2026 that obligation applies to all B2B invoices in Belgium; private individuals are out of scope. To use Peppol, your company is registered on a Peppol Access Point, the official gateway to the network, and both you and your customer need to be registered on it.

Integration

How does Peppol work in Bouwflow?

Bouwflow registers your company on the Peppol network. After that, your e-invoicing runs inside the same software you already use to manage your sites, projects and invoices.

Invoicing and e-invoicing in Bouwflow
  • We register your company on the Peppol network through our access point Flowin. For Bouwflow customers that is included, so you don't have to find or manage an access point yourself.
  • You create your sales invoices as usual in Bouwflow and send them over Peppol in one click, automatically, as a standardised e-invoice.
  • Your suppliers' purchase invoices arrive directly and fully digital, as structured data you no longer have to scan or retype.
  • Everything is ready for your accountant, together with the rest of your data for the bookkeeping.

Your quotes, progress statements and invoices are already in Bouwflow. You send them over Peppol from that same place, without switching to a separate invoicing portal.

3

No retyping, no scanning

Sales invoices go out automatically and purchase invoices come in digitally. Nobody has to retype data or scan invoices anymore.
