What is STG?
STG, short for Sanitair Technische Groothandel, is a Belgian wholesaler of plumbing, heating and HVAC supplies. The company was formed in 2021 from the merger of the family businesses Sax, Lambrechts and Schrauwen and is part of the BME group (Building Materials Europe). With the acquisition of Sanidel, STG also expanded into Wallonia.
STG focuses on professional installers, plumbers and heating specialists. Through a network of ProShops and showrooms across Belgium and its own STG Pro webshop, it supplies bathrooms, tiles, sanitary ware, heating, ventilation, renewable energy and installation materials. Installers order the materials for their site there and pick them up at a nearby branch or have them delivered.

The STG integration works like our other webshop connections. You request a webservice login for STG Pro, switch the connection on in Bouwflow, and from then on the products and prices from the STG webshop come into the software where you already manage your sites, calculations and orders.
Supplier and material management in Bouwflow- You request a webservice login for STG Pro from STG and activate the connection in Bouwflow under Settings, Webshops. You enter your customer number, username and password.
- From Bouwflow you go to STG Pro and build your basket. With one click, Bouwflow pulls in that basket and the items land in your material management, with their article number and your price. For each product you set the category and your margin right away.
- Bouwflow keeps those purchase prices up to date automatically. Every day it pulls in STG's latest prices, so your calculations and quotes stay realistic.
- You keep managing your orders in Bouwflow. Based on your material requests, Bouwflow creates one purchase order per supplier, and on delivery you book everything into your stock.
- As you book it in, Bouwflow compares what you ordered, received and were invoiced. Differences stand out right away, so your post-calculation matches the real material cost of the site.
